Successful outcomes require coordinated efforts across multiple disciplines, including dentists, dental hygienists, dental assistants, medical nurses, and medical maintenance personnel. The dentist leads the clinical interventions and surgical procedures, while the hygienist ensures pre- and post-operative oral care and preventive strategies. Dental assistants provide procedural support and instrument management, medical nurses monitor vital signs and assist with anesthesia, and medical maintenance staff ensure the safety and functionality of clinical and anesthesia equipment.
